Technical documentation - Essential technical drawings and information for the purpose of construction and submission to authorities is prepared.

Council negotiations PLC Building Design cc will submit, circulate and negotiate on behalf of our clients concerning Home Owners Associations, Aesthetic/Planning Commissions, Site Development Plans and Building Approval Plans.

Project management PLC Building Plans can project manage the project on a full turnkey product.


Health and safety we compile a project related Health and safety specification based on a baseline Risk assessment done on the scope of work required. We monitor the Health and safety requirement of all contractors on the site.

Contract administration and inspection - Refined construction drawings, schedules, specifications and contract documents are prepared by us. We co-ordinate the tender process and assist our clients in the appointment of a qualified capable contractor. We inspect and do quality control during the building process.
